ALEXANDRIA, VA March 21, 2022 – AERO International LLC, an AMS Group company, has signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Sherwood Aviation. This agreement supports the collaboration between AERO International and Sherwood Aviation on the manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of aviation parts and aircraft platforms for both domestic and international end-users. AERO International and Sherwood Aviation share a longstanding relationship and look forward to the continued collaboration and expansion of combined capabilities formalized by this agreement.
